Where are you located?

Superbloom Hair Studio is located off of South Blvd. and Tremont Ave at 212 E Tremont Ave Suite B 28203. We are located in Atherton Park, you will see our sign on the corner upon turning in! We have our own dedicated parking lot, so don’t stress about finding parking. If you are having a hard time finding us, please reach out to your stylist directly!

I want to become a new client! How do I get started?

We recommend you fill out our New Client Form to get started! Select your preferred stylist and fill out the required information and someone will reach out in 24-48 hours to schedule with you!

Why do I have to put a card on file?

We require a card on file to ensure that appointment times are honored. This keeps no-shows and last minute cancellations to a minimum, and ensures our stylists are properly compensated for their time that is booked.

Is my card information safe?

Yes! All credit card information is stored in our secured booking system. Rest assured, no one can see your information.

Why was my booking request denied?

There's a few reasons why your request may have been denied. The most likely is that the time frame didn't work for your stylist, you booked the incorrect amount of time, or you are a new client who has not completed a consultation yet. Regardless of the reason, we will reach out to let you know!

What if I’m unhappy with my hair?

We take pride in our work at Superbloom! If you are unhappy with your result, reach out to your stylist within 7 days of your service, and we will make an adjustment so long as they are in line with what was discussed/agreed upon at your consultation.

How much time should I book for?

Each stylist has different timing for different services. If you are a current client, recommend you reach out to your stylist directly to inquire about timing. If you are a new client, we recommend scheduling an in-salon consultation to receive an approximate time frame/price quote.

What if my appointment doesn’t take the full appointment time?

If your appointment doesn’t take up the full allotted time, consider treating yourself to a scalp massage, blowout, or repair treatment! These services are not “add-ons.” The time booked is your time to relax and enjoy yourself. We do not offer pro-rated payments for appointments that run short.

Why does hourly pricing benefit me?

Superbloom doesn’t offer a la cart services, just time-based pricing! This means there’s no sticker shock at check out for add-on services, extra bowls of color, etc. We believe this model is more transparent and builds trust with our guests, which is something we value immensely.

Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

Yes! Contrary to the old industry rumor, we prefer clean, dry hair at the start of the appointment. Dirt/oil/sweat/product buildup can affect the way color lifts or deposits. One day hair with no product in it is okay if you have a sensitive scalp.
