Cancelations

We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Same day cancellations or “no show” appointments will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge. Appointments cancelled 48 hours or less will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. If more than one last-minute cancellation occurs for the same appointment, the initial deposit will be forfeit.

Covid-19

If you feel sick, you have any symptoms of Covid-19, or you might have been exposed to someone with Covid-19 please reschedule your appointment and keep your beautiful self at home. Thank you in advance for keeping our staff and guests safe and healthy.

Agreement Form

All guests are required to complete our Salon Agreement Form upon booking an appointment. Your participation and honesty is important.

Running Late

Please note : prices are based on time. The clock starts when the appointment reservation begins (not when you arrive). If you are running behind for your appointment, please reach out to your stylist directly to let them know. If you are running 15 mins+ late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and you may be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service for that day.

Parking

We have our own parking lot for Atherton Park, however there is also free parking on the street if the lot happens to be full.

Payment

We currently except most forms of payment. We require a credit card on file and $100 deposit for new color guests, and 50% for haircuts in order to schedule. Deposits are non-refundable, and payment is due at the time of services rendered.

Adjustments

Superbloom takes your hair service seriously. If you find you are not 100% satisfied, we will be more than happy to make adjustments to your hair within 7 days of your last appointment. Please note that we do not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with haircut or color, and must align with what was discussed/agreed upon in the initial consultation

Refunds

Under no circumstances will any refunds, payments or portion thereof for any salon services rendered be granted. However, we do offer the opportunity to rectify anything you are unhappy about with an adjustment appointment with your stylist.
